Text from the video-
"The latent universe is brought to life by the power of action of past
beings and regenerative forces. This causes the movement of caloric
energies. Great winds arise and form rolling clouds. This is followed
by ceaseless torrential rains. The  water flows down endlessly is space
till the winds are strong enough to support it. Water starts toconglo-
merate on the dense wind mandala to form the water mandala. The
churning of water gives rise to the golden base mandala over which
Mt. Meru and the earth are born."
